Hello les filles 👋 les secrètes organisent Je vous propose une belle randonnée dans la vallée de Chevreuse, au départ de la gare de Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse Rdv entre 10h et a 10h15 📍 Important Départ : 10h30 pile (on part à l’heure !) 🥾 Distance : ~17 km ⛰️ Dénivelé : environ 290 m (accessible mais on va quand même bien marcher 😉) 🚶 Allure environ 4 km /h 🍃 Parcours : entre forêts, chemins, petits villages et bords de rivière – très joli et varié 🥗 Pause pique-nique prévue en chemin ver 13h30(pensez à ramener de quoi manger et boire 1litre l’eau !) ⚠️ Sortie destinée aux marcheurs habitués à cette distance. 🧰 Équipement conseillé : 🥾 Chaussures de randonnée fortement recommandées surtout pas de basket 🦯 Éventuellement des bâtons 💬 Ambiance cool, bienveillante et motivée – on marche à bon rythme mais toujours dans la bonne humeur Une trousse de secours sera à disposition pour les petits bobos Merci de participer à la sortie uniquement si vous êtes sûr afin de ne pas prendre la place de quelqu'un merci
