KOMPROMAT, c’est l’alliance de Vitalic et Rebeka Warrior (Sexy Sushi, Mansfield.TYA). Leur premier album Traum und Existenz, sorti en 2019 sur Clivage Music (le label de Vitalic), a posé les bases d’un univers sombre et percutant. En janvier 2025, ils reviennent avec PLДYING / PRДYING sur Warriorecords, label fondé par Rebeka Warrior. Ce nouveau disque explore des thèmes comme la prière (païenne ou non), les rites funéraires, les passages entre différents mondes, mais aussi les plaisirs de la chair, la danse, et l’extase – tel une invocation divine à travers la musique. Les genres se mélangent : EBM, Cold Wave, New Wave et techno radicale. Le duo s’amuse à brouiller les frontières.
