Allons voir le film Jumpers au ciné! Mabel, une jeune femme intrépide, n’a qu’un rêve : protéger la clairière où elle a grandi aux côtés de sa grand‑mère. À 19 ans, après la disparition de celle-ci, elle se retrouve confrontée au maire Jerry, bien décidé à détruire la clairière pour y construire une route. C’est alors qu’elle découvre le secret de sa professeure de sciences : la capacité d’explorer le monde animal en y projetant son esprit. Mabel décide d’utiliser cette technique et transfère sa conscience dans un robot castor afin d’approcher les animaux, comprendre leur mode de vie et trouver un moyen de sauver la clairière.
