À base d'enchaînements complets et accessibles, ces sessions sont construites sur une playlist pointue et exigeante, permettant de vivre une expérience physique et émotionnelle entre le sport en salle et le club. Les séances s'adressent à tous·tes et sont évolutives et adaptées à chacun·e.
