The purpose of this Policy is to explain how VIBES uses cookies and other trackers within its mobile application and Webapp, and to inform you of your rights to manage and oppose them.

This Policy is an integral part of VIBES' General Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

A cookie is a small file deposited on your device (smartphone, tablet, computer) when you use the VIBES Services. It is used to store and retrieve information relating to your browsing, your preferences or the security of your account.

These cookies also include :

• SDKs integrated into the Application,
• pixel tags,
• mobile advertising identifiers.

3. Types of cookies used by VIBES

VIBES does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not share any data for external advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Main purposes

We use cookies in order to:

• secure and optimize the Services;
• authenticate you and keep your session active;
• personalize your experience;
• measure the performance and improve the functionality of the Application;
• offer you relevant content based on your settings.

You may at any time :

• accept all cookies,
• refuse all non-essential cookies,
• customize your preferences.

You can do this from :

• Settings > Confidentiality & Contracts > Application Cookie Policies,
• or when you first connect via the consent module displayed on the screen.

Refusal of certain cookies may limit certain functionalities, but does not block access to the basic Service.

6. Retention period

• Session cookies: deleted when you close the Application or your browser.
• Persistent cookies: retained for a maximum of 13 months.
• Associated data is kept for a maximum of 25 months, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

7. Your rights

You may at any time :

• withdraw your consent,
• request the deletion of collected data,
• exercise your rights of access, rectification, opposition or limitation.
